The Peralta Retiree Organization's Constitution and Bylaws were unanimously adopted by the PRO Organizing Committee on December 4, 2004. The Bylaws were revised in December 2005 by thue PRO Board of Directors.

Benefits to which you are entitled are determined by your date of retirement and the Summary Plan Description (SPD) that was in place on the day that you retired (before July 1, 2004 or after July 1, 2004).  PRO is in the process of obtaining a full collection of SPD's.
